It Is Bad And Wrong To Fly Your Plane Into An IRS Building

When I retired at 55 years of age, I had it fairly well figured out that I would have enough monthly money from my Pension to pay the bills.

I was a  Union carpenter for 33 years and at the age of 53, I acquired a disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis.  It is basically a fusion of the spine, for which there is no cure, and only pain management.  So heavy lifting (which my job required) could no longer be accomplished and I was forced into retirement with a disability.

After a rigorous investigation by the Social Security Administration, along with documents from my doctors and their doctors, I was also awarded Social Security Disability.  After 33 years of being a carpenter, I was now disabled and could not work in my profession.

One would think that my Pension check and my Social Security Disability check that I receive every month would be enough for a disabled person to live on , with some dignity.  Not so.  Our government, specifically the IRS, has decided to put their greedy hands into my only income, and levy my checks for over 65% of their net.

Now granted, it is because of the poor choices I made when filling out W-4 forms and the late filing of my taxes, back in my younger and stupid days that put me in such a financial debacle with the IRS, but to levy a disabled person whose only source of income are the checks I was awarded because of my disability, IS JUST NOT RIGHT.  Those bastards (IRS) are taking $24,000 per year from my $37,000 per year income.

The person who flew his plane into an IRS building , was wrong in taking innocent lives, while he took his own.  Yet, I can only imagine the kind of havoc they were wreaking on his financial life, to drive him to do such a horrible act.

I, now disabled, have been reduced to less than poverty level income, while I sit and watch our government hand out billions of dollars to people who make millions and will never suffer.

The IRS is not some robotic machine that is only operating by electricity and some computer commands.  It is run by humans, and I am sure that the many letters I write to the IRS machine that they are inflicting an immense financial hardship on a disabled person, are read by a human being.  All it takes is one human being in the IRS to approve some type of relief for my levies.  And it certainly is not the IRS building that is non-responsive to my requests.
